Here is the complete early Trojan recordings ('70 - '76),
before they “crossed over” to Island,
a lot of them produced by Lee Scratch Perry.
What else can i say?
They laid down the template for the Rasta-roots reggae sound...
Tuff gong, man...
Also, i have a DVD of a 1980 “Survival” concert,
17 months before Bob took the crow road.
Will i stick it up too? Do u want it? Whaddaya think?

the non RShare site seems to have removed the file??? It would be greatr if each file could be alternately on a different download site, waiting 60-70 mins per part is an inconvenience for such gems as the Islam collection, and if its the Survival Gig i'd imagine that would be in ??? 12-15 parts, thats 2 days of semi determined waiting or 24 hours to 30 of lots of coffee.. I'll do it but an alternative would be great if it could be divided over RShare, ShareIt etc so to grab 5 parts, then an hour later 5 more and 3rd hour its completed...
Looking forward to however its presented.
I do hope the audio Bob down is a temp 'their' site problem - on clicking Part 1 or 2 i'm taken to the page "click to download" is shown & on clicking i received a 3k (?) php doc - opened it said no file or come back later or similar... & i'm going anon this time :)
hiya, i just tried both and they both worked fine...? in fact the 1st one(49MB) was gonna be down in 5 mins - thats fast...
and maybe i was a bit ruff last time :) but i did feel better hehehe
How - i instantly get a doc file to download, just did again :( fudge - i'm on a mac and Speed Download kicks in... (on 'start download' the i get the php doc (html)..
I bloomin' :) want this.. i proly have all the tracks in 10 different mixes (dub plates/sessions) but these are most likely different...
I'll try by 'killing' speed download after i've finished the Islam set & restarted (to guarentee the cotextual menu is removed etc..
Anyone else having probs - as i said i'm running 10.3.9 OSX safari with speed download 3 (un wantedly deciding it will download (99.9% of the time with better speeds and resumable if a film etc) but in this case i DONT want it to 'butt' in... I\ll drop a :) or :( later...
peacebtw the Survival is very much wanted, trying to get an Israel Vibration concert ripped, will get it to you if me & m8 can fumble through the rip to avi.. we make tunes - ripping dvd's takes 2 or 3 tracks sketched out to learn :))
oh yeah btw i get fine speeds from (all be it RS who i dont like but now ALL down/up transfer sites have 'cut' back on size etc anyway.. my email does 25mbs... n Spymac - & has a 3gig storage...
Yep SPEED DOWNLOAD causes problems (& i would assume this with ANY transfer site you are not a member of, its just this particular site activates SDs auto que download.)
Alls good, in fact its almost completed 1 part in typing this.

This Bob & the rehersal make uip for that fuck awful '2006 remix album - spit spit, Sinnead O'conners reggaes covers is better (supremely - here ' Through Down your Arms' is almost emotional if i wasn't a bloke (in other words it is!)
So this ALBUM, It IS different - Its GREAT they keep digging up old tapes - COOL (just like Perry does twice a year! :) ) - Island totaly shafted the 'Marley Sound' into a pop sound - almost every track starts the same & too damn polished. Thanks for this - The Islam volumes as well - Loving it!!
BIG apologise for the request spam, i get the 'system' of the site now, i think my enthusiasm got the better of me, I JUST love music as i guess we all do or wouldn't be here / goto exremes to get something D I F F E R E N T !!! :-)
