Thanks so much for these Stranglers gems.I always loved their music back in the day,but never heard an album full.Their sound reminds me of the Doors sometimes during the keyboard breaks.Sorry to hear about your health issues.I too have suffered from chronic pain due to nerve damage in my spine and neck,and have had and conquered Hep.C.My heart goes out to you..Hang in there.

I own both of the first two albums from the first time around and I tend to agree with pretty much your whole assessment - two albums of gold, followed by a great steaming pile of turds.

If we just pretend everything after the first two didn't happen, we can all be happy. :-)
